The Website does not currently permit vehicle purchases, leases, financing applications, reservations, pre-orders or deposits. Website content does not constitute an offer to sell, lease, or finance a vehicle, and no vehicle transaction or purchase, lease or financing contract is formed through the Website.

DETAILS OF THE VEHICLES
All the statistics, data quoted for the vehicles on this website are measured in a controlled environment in accordance with the applicable laws. The measurement is performed on a standard production vehicle. In practice, the performance of the vehicles could be affected by the factors such as weather conditions, load, tire pressure, driving behavior, etc. Performance figures are estimates or results obtained using the testing methods and conditions identified with the relevant claim.
Vehicle models, trims, features, specifications, colors, equipment and availability may change. Images may show pre-production vehicles, international-market vehicles or optional equipment. A vehicle or feature shown on the Website may not ultimately be offered in Canada or in every province or territory.

 Our vehicles, other products and services (together referred to in these terms as “vehicles”) will be sold in Canada through approved dealers. Please note that while such dealers sell BYD vehicles, they are not acting as agents for BYD. These terms do not apply to websites operated by dealers and each dealer’s website shall be subject to its own terms of use. Dealers are independently owned and operated businesses and are solely responsible for their own pricing, representations, contractual arrangements and customer interactions.
