BYD in Association With Andor Corporation Enters Ecuadorian Zero Emission Passenger Vehicle Market

The debut of these models injects a boost to the Ecuadorian electric vehicle market and Andor Corporation has announced the launch of an exhibition of BYD electric vehicles in 3 shopping centers: Quicentro Shopping, Paseo San Francisco and Mall del Sol as the beginning of its strategic marketing plan, the growth vision includes reaching 6 points of sale between Quito, Guayaquil and Manta in the next 6 months and expand to 12 points of sale in 2024.

BYD DOLPHIN EV, within the car segment, is a Hatchback B with a range of 405 km, with a battery capacity of 44.9 kWh, power of 94 HP and 180 Nm of torque.

The BYD Yuan Plus's Di-Pilot semi-autonomous technology is an advanced driver assistance system that uses a range of sensors and cameras to enhance driving safety and comfort. The car's system features automatic acceleration and deceleration at the driver's request. Similarly, the steering wheel is automatically guided for a few seconds without the need for driver manipulation.


The HAN EV is BYD's flagship car, a high-tech luxury D-Sedan within the automobile segment. It has a range of 600 km, with a battery capacity of 76.9 kWh, All Wheel Drive system with two engines that deliver a combined power of 486 HP and 680 Nm of torque.
